Ascended Masters: spiritual awakening

"Greetings, Beloved Family! This is a time in your history/herstory where, no matter what country you reside in, there is a worldwide focus upon war, that is, upon remembering those who fought and left their human bodies upon some battlefield or other. There is much talk about honor, patriotism and sacrifice, and it is to remember that these honored ones fought with those concepts in their Hearts. They were told by their rulers that they were defending their countries and families, or that they would become richer in some way if they conquered another land. And, in many cases, indeed their lands had been invaded, or their rights and freedoms had been usurped, but this was all calculated to manipulate them into going into battle.

"Well, of course you all know the truth behind the glowing exhortations and expressions of togetherness in the bunkers. This is not to disparage the military commanders, who were following the orders given to them. This is simply a reflection back to society of where Planet Earth has been in its consciousness. Greed has been the motivation behind the bloody scenes, and fear has played a predominant role in the race to arms.

"Beloved Family, you all know the war stories - indeed, many of you have participated in the most recent wars, and you have all been present on one or more battlefields in other lifetimes if not in this one! And you have done so with the most honorable of intentions, with the purest of Love for your homelands and families. And you have all sacrificed in some way, whether you bear the physical scars of war or not. So, be proud of your intentions when you served, as we salute you and honor you for your braveries. Now is the time to remember the greatest wisdom of war, which is that Peace is the only true and lasting answer!

"Thus we honor you in this today of your time as Warriors of Peace, for it is to secure the 'Peace That Passeth All Understanding' which is the foundation of the mission we all share. It is to march together to show the way of the truly free and sovereign lifestyle, by personal example, and by teaching others as they begin to understand the true reasons that wars have been fought, and to question those who are directing those activities from way, way behind the scenes.

"This is not a call to arms, but rather a call to Hearts, and you, Beloved Family, stand with us on the front line of this mission! Now, as we near the 'finish line' -the ending of all wars upon this ascending Planet - let us come together to co-create an even higher level of Peace Consciousness. We shall reach out from the highest levels yet, as we join together in an Exercise for Peace, and we shall turn up the Lights even more as we feel the Great Peace on Earth throughout our fields of energy!!! Salut!"

"Every being is a divine and eternal soul living in a temporal body. Every being was alive before birth and will live after death.

Every soul enters into physical life for the purpose of experience and education, that it may, in the course of many lifetimes, learn its true identity as a fragment of the Divine.

Life itself is a constant process of spiritual evolution and unfoldment, based on free choice, that continues until such time as we realize our true nature and return to the Divine from which we came.

No soul enters life to serve another, except by choice, but to serve its own purpose and that of the Divine from which it came.

All life is governed by natural and universal laws which precede and outweigh the laws of humanity. These laws, such as the law of karma, the law of attraction, and the law of free will, are decreed by God to order existence and assist each person to achieve life’s purpose.

No government can or should survive that derives its existence from the enforced submission of its people or that denies its people their basic rights and freedoms.

Life is a movement from one existence to another, in varied venues throughout the universe and in other universes and dimensions of existence. We are not alone in the universe but share it with other civilizations, most of them peace-loving, many of whom are more advanced than we are, some of whom can be seen with our eyes and some of whom cannot.

The evidence of our five senses is not the final arbiter of existence. Humans are spiritual as well as physical entities and the spiritual side of life transcends the physical. God is a Spirit and the final touchstone of God’s Truth is not physical but spiritual. The Truth is to be found inward.

God is one and, because of this, souls are one. They form a unity. They are meant to live in peace and harmony together in a “common unity” or community. The use of force to settle affairs runs contrary to natural law. Every person should have the right to conduct his or her own affairs without force, as long as his or her choices do not harm another.

No person shall be forced into marriage against his or her will. No woman shall be forced to bear or not bear children, against her will. No person shall be forced to hold or not hold views or worship in a manner contrary to his or her choice. Nothing vital to existence shall be withheld from another if it is within the community’s power to give.

Every person shall retain the ability to think, speak, and act as they choose, as long as they not harm another. Every person has the right to choose, study and practice the education and career of their choice without interference, provided they not harm another.

No one has the right to kill another. No one has the right to steal from another. No one has the right to force himself or herself upon another in any way.

Any government that harms its citizens, deprives them of their property or rights without their consent, or makes offensive war upon its neighbors, no matter how it misrepresents the situation, has lost its legitimacy. No government may govern without the consent of its people. All governments are tasked with seeing to the wellbeing of their citizens. Any government which forces its citizens to see to its own wellbeing without attending to theirs has lost its legitimacy.

Men and women are meant to live fulfilling lives, free of want, wherever they wish and under the conditions they desire, providing their choices do not harm another and are humanly attainable.

Children are meant to live lives under the beneficent protection of all, free of exploitation, with unhindered access to the necessities of life, education, and health care.

All forms of exploitation, oppression, and persecution run counter to universal and natural law. All disagreements are meant to be resolved amicably.

Any human law that runs counter to natural and universal law is invalid and should not survive. The enactment or enforcement of human law that runs counter to natural and universal law brings consequences that cannot be escaped, in this life or another. While one may escape temporal justice, one does not escape divine justice.

All outcomes are to the greater glory of God and to God do we look for the fulfillment of our needs and for love, peace, and wisdom. So let it be. Aum/Amen."

"Well, Greetings Family! It is so delightful that we are here again, even though we're running a bit late as you measure time, we've got a lot to talk about. So we shall be humm, concise, as concise as we can be. We want to first acknowledge that of course you all know that this week is Wesak, and we welcome the coming of the Buddha, and all of the Beloved Company, the Bringers of the Light. And indeed the [Wesak] Valley is bright, and so is the World. This Moon shines down upon all, and no matter what you may believe about the composition of the Moon, put it aside, and just enjoy the Light, because that energy that that Light radiates is real!

"We have openings occurring, big openings. Oh yes, there's a tremendous amount of communion going on. The radiance that comes from the Moon and floods Planet Earth - each in its own particular time and way as the Earth turns - this is joyful indeed, and the fact that it is a reflection from the Great Sun of this Solar System is delightful indeed, but remember, and this is really Big, remember Beloved Ones, that we together are now meeting and greeting this Light that shines down, as we raise ourselves up. And it's happening. And it's happening more and more for each and every one of you.

"There is a saying that you have on Planet Earth, and it is a wake up call. Yes it is. And it is most often given by parents who are responsible for their children's waking up. But here it is. It is called 'Rise and Shine.' Well guess what? This Family is doing this, has been doing it, and is doing it even more! Now we could spend some minutes in your time - oh, we could spend hours or days, going into the science of what is taking place upon the Planet at this time, however in the interests of being concise - well, we have a little coaching from the Voice - she prefers that we not go to that place of science, or at least that we minimize it.

"So here we are, and we want to tell you, you're rising and you're shining, and the more you do, the more you can do, the higher you can soar, and the brighter you can shine. And when we come together in this communion celebration, it is absolutely huge! Now, we have taken a bit of time with the teachings that we have come through to teach - Love, Compassion, Forgiveness and Gratitude. You have all heard those, and you have all heard I, Ashtar, or read that I have said that these are the cornerstones of the foundation of what I am here to teach. And it is not just me, Beloved Family, it is the same teachings. They have been here.

"The Buddah smiles even bigger, because it's taking hold so beautifully all over the World, these teachings of Love, these teachings of Peace, and yes, these teachings of awakening to the inner wisdom, even as things seem to be somewhat falling apart in the outer World. This is all exactly the way it is flowing. And when we say flowing, believe me, but you can think of it as a mighty river, peaceful yes, but mighty, powerful. So everything is flowing in the exact manner that is going to support even more these teachings, which are making it so clear that there is a resurgence of the awakened Heart, which is now being much more, shall we say, the Commander within each and every individual.

"So it is that you are thinking with your Hearts and determining the directions that you want to go in. And everybody is moving up, up, and home into the Ascension realization, the manifestation of Ascension, the what you call the zero hour, and that's a very fitting name - zero point - point of creation, creating a whole new reality. But what is happening is that these new realities, old realities, really higher dimensionalities, are coming more and more to the Earth, because you're meeting them, and literally taking hold, if you can imagine such a thing, and bringing them more!

"You're spreading the news as you radiate, and so what is happening is that the Earth rises with you even as the new energies come in, and it is a blending and harmonious communion that is taking place. So we are headed right into - oh if you want to think of it as a little bit of a storm, that's OK. You might be noticing that a lot of the storms and the quakings and shakings have subsided a bit. This is another topic we shall be discussing. Mother Earth is getting it. She is responding.

"Now there's going to be a big shock to those who are, for some reason or other, counting on Armageddon happening soon, because it's not, and you all know that. And so there is going to have to be some reconsideration of what future Earth is going to be on the part of those who figured it was all over, or would be all over very soon. So they're getting some wake up calls too. The Light that you shine radiates and touches every living thing on Planet Earth as it does Mother Gaia Herself.

"The more you rise, the more we commune, the more Mother Gaia says, 'Oh, that feels so good!' - because of course Mother Gaia is ascending also. Now we are reaching the Golden Age. The Golden Age is like high vibrational 3D with as much - they used to call it tripping, but we'll call it rising into higher dimensional life styles - as your evolving bodies can do. Which brings us up to the big announcement for the evening, although we have already, what do you call it? We have done soft openings on this already. All righty, here's the big grand opening now. This is it. This is huge!

"Whether you have just joined us for the first time in this memorable evening, whether you are joining us for the fiftieth or hundredth time, we want to tell you, Beloved Ones, that your perseverance, your dedication, your commitments, and your Heart-based courage - courage, yes courage - it takes some courage sometimes to listen and to allow yourself to envision all that is being spoken of here. We're talking about the high vibrations, we're talking about Heaven on Earth, we're talking about Ascension, and the crystalline bodies that you're all evolving into.

"So it does take some courage. Most of all it takes your Love. We have reached a point in our togetherness where you, Beloved Ones, are flying so high, particularly in our exercises that we do together, that we are able to, shall we say, direct some additional energies into your beings - with your full permission - that enable you to hold the high vibrations in your beings, even stronger, even longer, even better! You see, you meet us, and then we can do what we call, offering you upgrades, and when we join together, whether it be live, or in the recordings, or even for those who read the transcripts, some of them, (not everyone does the exercises when they read them, you know) it is to get into such a high vibration that you have more of a permanence with it!!! And so you are able to drink in, shall we say, the energies of the higher dimensions more. First of all you can take in more, and secondly you can hold them easier, so it becomes less and less, shall we say work, or takes less and less time, or however you want to see easiness coming, where you can raise yourselves up

This is Gaia speaking to all of my Beloved Children who offered me any help lately:

May I express my deepest gratitude to all the extra Light and Love that you have directed to my core and Inner Sun, towards my Etherical body, my Astral, Mental and Causal Body as this scribe has been Guided and Advised this evening by CMAton to send his Reiki towards, allowing Source, CMAton and the Wave Energy to align with my physical body, so we can apply enough Divine Power to make shift what needs to give way, to let the Light break free from the bondage held against me for too long.

This process will become very visible and experienced with great fear to many who have not aligned themselves with the Divine and much Higher Energy now in place. That after many calls and warnings, but for too many too little too late.

I cannot withold from the inevitable anylonger and wish to Bless all of you, my truly Beloved Children and Warriors of Light, as CMAton is proud to call you, with Godspeed, Courage, Trust as I too had to collect over the last couple of days, much with your and Celestial Help.

As mothers will understand, my water broke and what was holding me back is no longer, so know that out of my cries and hefty movements will come my new Self, ' Gaia ' in harmony and in full alignment with Divine Purpose, as alsy YOU shall experience for yourselves accordingly.

There are no coincidences my wayward little ones. When I quake or spew it not just something that happens or must happen. There is a greater explanation for these occurrences that goes beyond a geographical or geophysical one.

I am she, the spirit who inhabits your earth, the one you fondly call Gaia. I find my placement in the body of the earth just as you find yours in mortal body- the flesh. Our constitution may differ but we function much the same. I am living and breathing as you are and have the ability to feel just as you do. I am alive and I experience emotions much as you do. Your inability to witness my emotions is not indicative of its absence. If you are sensitive and attuned to me you will feel what I feel. For I tell you that I am much a part of you as you are of me.

I choose however to stay connected to my Source and uphold my commitment to Him. It is my loyalty to the Father’s will that explains why I have forborne reacting to the cruelty of man thus far. The pressures man has placed on me must inevitably be released. There are no coincidences my wayward little ones. When I quake or spew it not just something that happens or must happen. By analogy I want you to think of what any manner of stress does to your physical and mental body? How do you let the steam or pressure off? Ponder on this

Throughout what you call time due to assaults of varying degrees on my body my physical health has deteriorated. Let not the pleasantness of my facade delude you into believing that my body can endure. What you tend to see is on the surface only. My spirit may be eternal as yours is but my body can become weak and poisoned as yours can depending on what it is exposed to.

My body can only withstand so much abuse and unkindness before it collapses and disintegrates; the same as yours. I am here to tell you that my body, my frame, geophysical structure is unravelling. This has already started and the intensity is going to build to a crescendo. Surely you must notice the rapidity of my movements. The atmosphere, the tides are all conspiring now and that which you call disasters are the repercussion of pressures being released. In the wake of the multiple tornados I am being cleansed for they are bringing a heightened energy.

I fear my children that I, the earth is being prepared for transition. There will be breakage of my body in many places as I ease my physical suffering and obtain my release. This has now become inevitable for I have endured enough at the hands of man. You have been my greatest joy yet also caused me the greatest pain. The bindings are being loosened that I may ascend. Through these changes my form will be remoulded as part of my regeneration. The consequences for many will be perceived as dire but I have tried to withstand as much as I could. I am saying this to you so that it comes as no surprise that major structural changes will occur as I move and much destruction will ensue

I am at this time finding my strength to see this through from the assistance I am receiving from the extra terrestrials or celestials as I call them.

My movements cannot be hindered for it is divinely ordained that I ascend and although I have had difficulties due to the density accumulated from aeons, I am more prepared now.

I desire you my children to know how pleased I was to undertake the Father’s will of bearing you and giving you a home whilst you continued your education. It was joy at times; yet as time evolved you my children have shown scant regard for my welfare, preferring to take only from me and not replenish. You have drained me and have fished from me that which kept my joints supple. I am bereft of that which my body needs.

I do not bring this message to create fear but to awaken you to my plight that you may reflect on what you have done and continue to do and revisit your actions that you may undertake to correct them. Every experience must be one that tenders a learning or lesson. Unfortunately for many the lesson will come too late and may need to be leant elsewhere.

The pressure is building up and I must have my release. Thus far I have been conservative in my movements out of deference for you my children. The ‘Gods’ are calling me home.

I am a child created by God also; and the time has come for me to stand in my light and up to my light. This is required of me as it is of you. I am choosing to ascend so that I can experience my light. This means that I must shed the darkness upon me. I will let you draw your own conclusions from that.

For those unaware, I say to you that I have divine backing. I am assisted and being assisted by divine hands unseen. The clock is ticking now and I fear that time is of the essence now. It shall be survival of the spiritually fit.

My strength is depleted and I am worn form the effects of your wars and clandestine dark activities. You harm the very being who gives you habitation. You desecrate my body with your weapons of destruction without thought for your brothers or me. Do you know that I am your sister in spirit? Yet I have mothered you for so long that you may as well call me Mother- and don’t you refer to me as Mother Earth? How have your treated your Mother?

I have loved you for eternity, bearing you in my arms and keeping you as safe as I can. I have provided you with a natural and healthy habitat amenable to human energy yet you have through irresponsible and thoughtless behaviour and practices slowly contributed to your down fall as a civilisation and to my suffering. You have not leant what it is to love. You are harsh with each other in thought and word and deed. You act as strangers with each other not knowing or caring to know the truth. You think that the earth is unaffected. Well dear children you are very wrong. For all that you do I feel and experience. You dishonour life and its sanctity. You mistreat yourselves in so many ways that it is conceivable that you will mistreat others. What is left dear children? Have you not heard the cry from my core, my very womb? I am birthing a new tomorrow- one that I wish you all would share with me. This is not to be however.

I have been promised by my Father redemption and by this I do not mean forgiveness; I mean freedom form darkness. To this I have lovingly agreed.

What of you ones who continue to exercise dominion over man? Now is the time to take the Fathers’ hand and move into His court for in a blink of an eye the world is going to be unmasked. Truth or Fiction?- I can already hear you calling this a bluff. No dear ones – for out of darkness light will prevail, out of lies truth will be redeemed and out of sadness, joy will be reclaimed.

I your hostess am bidding you to find your love and shine your light for I shall be rising- WITH OR WITHOUT YOU.

My gratitude I extend you my children who with pure hearts have centred me with their energy and love. For my strength I gain from your sacrifice and love. Do not bewail the comings of tomorrow. Let not trepidation cloud your hearts or mind for all the faithful will know freedom is now the bait. Hold on tightly and we shall ride out these final days together before our eyes open to a new dimension. Our hearts will beat with a higher vibration and the frequency of light will have been turned up.

May humanity cleanse their innards that their face may glow once again with the innocence from with they were birthed.

This is a wonderful gift as it means that you can heal yourself with ease, that you can support yourself in any situation and
can feel secure, safe and protected at all moments of your day. The power of recognising the love that you hold and
honouring yourself with your love encourages you to accept your own power, realise your own strength and guide yourself
with safety and ease.

Master El Morya: You have the ability to understanding the energy of love.

When in a physical body it can be very difficult to understand the energy of love as it manifests as a vibration and feeling
which cannot truly be analysed or described. It is most important to recognise the potentials and existence of love. Love is a
powerful essence that manifests from the Creator. Love can be found within every person on the Earth. Love can be shared,
expressed and accepted. Love is ever present in every moment and experience in your life. Love not only exists in your
surroundings but most importantly exists within your being. Love is an energy that composes your entire being; it is a
guiding and healing energy that can fill you with joy and contentment. If you remain connected to love by acknowledging the
love within your being, reality and others, then you will begin to understand the love of the Creator, its power and
importance in your reality. In your current reality love is the transforming energy that can be used in all situation and
circumstance on the Earth, with this understanding you can create a reality of love for yourself.

Mother Mary: You have the ability accelerate your spiritual ascension.

With the consciousness of humanity developing and awakening along with the intense light vibrations that are being
anchored into the Earth by light guides and humanity you are now being given a powerful situation and foundation to allow
your spiritual awakening to progress with ease. Everything that you realise now has a greater impact on your reality, feelings
and thoughts. The vibration upon the Earth and within your being is much quicker than in the past which lends itself to
accelerated growth and awakening. It is a great blessing to have supportive energies around you and anchored into the
Earth encouraging all illusions to be dissolved and truth to be illuminated. You also have tremendous support from your
guides, when you ask your guides to accelerate your spiritual awakening they will according to the will of the Creator. You
are being offered all the recourses that you need to align on a deeper level with the Creator. The energies around you are
abundant in enlightenment, it is important to recognise that your soul, your guides and the Creator all wish for you to
awaken further to the light of the Creator and are embracing you in supportive light vibrations. This means that your
spiritual growth moves at a quicker pace allowing you to see the growth that you are achieving and the pathway that is
unfolding before you. Little adjustments to your thoughts or realisations within your being will now create major changes
within your reality. This signifies that you also hold more responsibility in your current reality.

Master El Morya: You have the ability to create a reality of beauty.

The Creator’s greatest wish is for you to be happy and joyous as this signifies and allows the essence of the Creator’s love
within you to flourish and flow. There is now no need for you to experience negativity or painful occurrences unless you
wish to or unless it is needed for your spiritual learning. Your reality can be a place of beauty and joy for you to exist within.
You have the ability to maintain a positive mood and thought process at all times, creating a natural radiance of happiness
and fulfilment. With the power of your thoughts you have the ability to appreciate and recognise the presence of the Creator
within your reality and all blessings that have been given to you. When you recognise the beauty of the Creator all around
and within you then you naturally begin to create or manifest an abundance of beauty because you realise you are worthy
and that beauty naturally radiates from your soul. You hold the ability of opening yourself up completely to the blessings of
the Creator, this coupled with positive thought forms and knowing what you desire to experience within your reality will
assist you in creating a reality of beauty. Maybe the most important understanding is that you can now create a reality of
beauty, it is achievable and obtainable. A reality of beauty may seem as if it focuses on a materialistic reality but it is a focus
upon love and all its manifestations.

Mother Mary: You have the ability to remember who you truly are.

You are an aspect of the Creator’s soul; this means that you hold an aspect of the sacred qualities, wisdom, love, awareness
and peace of the Creator within your being. You are not simply a human being but are so much more than you can currently
imagine. You have come to the Earth because it is a natural part of your journey as a soul or aspect of the Creator. The Earth
is allowing you to understand and discover your own energies, to comprehend the Creator’s soul and to remember your
alignment once more with the Creator. You are a beacon of love and light with the resources of the Creator to aid and assist
you in your reality. Everything is changeable, new wisdom and understandings will always flow into your being. You are
altering and transforming at all times. With the understanding that you are more than your physical body and personality, you
are able to deal with your reality with greater ease, working energetically to bring forth what is needed.

You have the ability to draw forth wisdom when you are confused or unsure.

You have the ability to remain balanced at all times, connected to the light of the Creator.

You have the ability to understand the wise direction of your soul and guides.

You have the ability to discover your amazing spiritual and physical skills and talents with ease.

You have the ability to become one with the Creator, to converse with and bathe in the light of the Creator.

Through our communication today not only did we want to offer you valuable affirmations that you could use in your daily
life but we also wished to remind you of how wonderful your current reality actually is. You are blessed completely with such
abundance, so many opportunities, possibilities and good things. You are already everything that we have spoken about
today. If you can remember this always then you can transform your reality even further. We realise that many people
become so locked into their physical reality and the negative situations that are occurring, they forget to acknowledge,
appreciate and give thanks to the wonderful blessings that they receive naturally daily. You are abundant in so many more
ways than we have stated today. Allow yourself to write down and document the blessings that are with you right now, the
wonderful abundant energies and experiences that flow into your reality. It is important to have the mentality that you are
also all that you wish to be right now. People often have dreams or goals and they perceive that time will aid achievement.
Time is an illusion and was only created to bring structure to your physical reality. It is not time that allows your dreams to
manifest but gradual understanding that you are already all that you dream of. This understanding comes gradually because
you allow or desire it to, but it doesn’t have to be a gradual process and can manifest instantly, there is simply a need to
dissolve the habit and create a new pattern of generating, manifesting and awakening energies from within you.

We ask that you do not allow yourself to feel negative about your reality whatever your circumstance because we want you
to see the many blessings that are already with you. With this alteration in the way that you perceive your reality, you will
alter all negative situations as you draw the love of the Creator deeper into your reality and being. We ask that you adopt an
existence and perception that you live in a reality that is abundantly blessed. Accept whole heartily that you are blessed by
the Creator and are deserving of these blessings. Know that you can call upon blessings to shower over and through your
being. Your reality is beautiful as it is now; take your focus away from the negativity, your loss, what you do not have and
honour the abundance that is within and around you. Allowing this state of existence to become a pattern will encourage a
wealth of abundance in all forms to flow into your reality with ease and perfection.

It is important that humanity begins to notice and accept how blessed they are, how abundant and loved they are because
this will break a negative pattern that is etched within the consciousness of many on the Earth. Many people still hold onto
the belief that they are not worthy of the blessings, energy and love of the Creator. Some believe it is immoral to be
abundant in all ways when devoting oneself to the Creator. Others believe that negative situations and experience require
and should be given more focus and attention than positive experiences. Patterns of resisting the abundance of the Creator
or ignoring the blessings of the Creator now must be dissolved; it is the presence of love that is encouraging this alteration.
Love encourages appreciation and acceptance. Allow yourself to begin to believe in the love of the Creator by being
thankful for and honouring your current reality for the abundant blessing that it is.

Let yourself see your reality and self in the light of truth.

Ascension Energy Tools Teleconference 5/10/11

"Ah, Greetings, Everybody! Well, I can already tell that this group is in high vibrations, and this is good because we're going to go higher, but it's always nice when you utilize the empowerments that you have to lift yourselves up in an upliftment of Joy and Love and flying free from the boxes of the third dimension.

Now you may have already noticed that you're more and more out of the box.

Interestingly enough, and we say interesting, because you'll look back upon this, as you move through your now moments, and you're going to say, 'Well, what was that all about?'

"It was an interesting interlude, a moment - just a moment seeming as you measure time.

And that's a useful item by the way - 'time.' Because you can use it to chart your progress, and mark your calendars, especially when we're getting together.

That's a wondrous time to mark on your calendars! At any rate, here's where we are now. We are on the cusp, the verge, the brink, the 'almost there.'

Quick, it's going to happen before you can blink, with that kind of energy that is leading right into this Golden Age that we all love to envision and discuss!

"It's happening, the dominoes are falling as Ashtar said. So, be aware of that, and right now there seems to be somewhat of a pause for at least some in this wondrous group.

Now it's all very well and good for us to say, 'Well, breathe while you can!'

Or we should say, well you're not, because in your next moment you know, you're going to feel like you're running, running, running, and there's so much to do that you might get a little out of breath.

So, it's good to take a few extra ones now as part of your preparation for the Golden Age.

"We're talking about Ascension preparation, yes, but let's get into the more, what we would call, the immediate, future, and that's what you're going to be doing as the Golden Age really unfolds.

It's going to open just like the Lotus, you know, and it is going to be the grandest time ever on Planet Earth thus far, and of course Ascension will be even grander.

So let's talk about where you are right now, because we know a lot of you are feeling stuck.

'What am I doing here? Is this ever going to happen? What am I supposed to be doing next? What's my next step? How do I prepare?' and so on. Oh yes, we can see all the questions.

"Questions, you know, come up, not just from your busy minds, no, they can come up from your emotional selves, your physical selves, absolutely.

'When am I not going to be so tired, Sekhmet? I'm tired - you've got boundless energy!' Yes I have. Well I'll tell you what, the Voice does not, so there's a secret for you to know.

And it is not expected that any of you Humans would necessarily have boundless energy.

"We would describe your energies as far as 'do, do, do, go, go, go, run, run, run,' as intermittent bursts.

And it is so easy to start having a little problem with your breathing when you go, go, go, run, run, run, and then all of a sudden, 'Oops, I'm out of that energy.'

So it's really hard to understand that in the Golden Age, the energy flows are going to be a lot more constant throughout the totality of your beings. You're going to be energized more, physically!

"Right now what's happening is that your energies - because your bodies are changing - but your energies are coming in more and more spiritually, and of course that has more of a direct impact in your mental and emotional beings than it does in your physicality.

You can, for instance, let's give a 'for instance,' you can lie awake at night, saying, 'Oh, I've got these wondrous visions and these dreams, and oh ,keep it coming.
This is so exciting; oh, I think I'm on a ship, I may be dreaming, but I'm really excited! I'm on the ship, and guess what, they're having a marathon race on the ship, or whatever, you know to keep us in shape.'

"You wake up in the morning, and it's like, 'Oh, well I'm so tired. I don't even know if I can go to my J-O-B job today.' Upsy, downsy, we know that.

So, how do you get unstuck from that kind of an up and down pattern, and how do you get into a more rhythmic Love?

Well a lot of it of course has to do with your attitudes. Here we are again attitudes, simple attitudes.

Things like, 'Oh, I'm so thankful to be here, and I bless and thank my wondrous body, that it came too,' because otherwise you wouldn't have a body that's getting ready for Ascension. You would already have left your body.

"And for those of you who have already left your body who are participating, we say, 'Welcome, welcome, welcome, Angels, Masters, Guides, Spirits and Beings who have left their bodies, and have reached the Heavenly Realms, that is all wondrous indeed.' We're all here you know!

"It is for you to remember these things. First of all you're still carrying, and we mean nothing individual, or personal about this, but you're also carrying the weight of the human body. It's more dense.

It's a little harder to be in the density of the human body. So of course you need more sleep, more rest.

"When you are in a Joyful Upliftment it's easy to go, go, go, in that Joy, and then when you are complete with the vision, the meditation, the group gathering, or whatever, it's very easy to remember, ' AM a Spirit, but I've also got this human body.'

So rest, rest your body. We have told you this before. We cannot tell you enough times.

Beloved Ones you need the best you can do for yourselves in terms of rest and nutrition, nurtur-i-i-i-n-g!

"Now here's something else that you may not have thought of.

A part of this whole Ascension Process, in fact a really big part, has to do with coming into the oneness with all of your being.

And it's more than communion throughout your being. It's called balance.

So if you feel as though you are perhaps overly stressed, that can be for a number of reasons.

But it is best to come into balance peacefully instead of insisting that your body, or any part of you, perform at any given time, on any given day, when you are so obviously not in a completely harmonious balance.

It's better to take some time out and get within yourself and your fields, and get your Guidance Team on active alert.
